Motorlet is a fast-growing vehicle leasing broker based in Hertfordshire. We help individuals and SMEs across the UK find the perfect car leasing deals -- with clarity, speed, and great service at the heart of everything we do.

We're now looking for a CRM & Retention Marketer to take our customer experience to the next level -- turning one-time deals into lifetime relationships.

The Role

As our CRM & Retention Marketing Executive, you'll design and manage marketing journeys that educate, convert, and delight our customers. From onboarding sequences to renewal reminders, referral asks to reactivation campaigns -- you'll own the full customer lifecycle across email and SMS.

Responsibilities

Build automated email & SMS journeys across the leasing lifecycle Run referral campaigns and trigger them at the right moment (e.g. post-delivery) Segment the database by customer type, vehicle, and lifecycle stage Launch monthly newsletters, offers, and product education sends Monitor and improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversion Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to personalise touchpoints Use tools like Quotevine, Mailchimp (or similar), and GA4 to drive performance

What We're Looking For

Required:

2+ years in a CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing role Experience building automated flows (not just sending newsletters) Confident using platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot Comfortable with data, testing, and segmentation Strong written communication -- you know how to write like a human (!)

Nice to Have:

Worked in automotive, finance, or high-ticket B2C/B2B sectors Experience running referral or re-engagement campaigns Understanding of email compliance (GDPR, FCA)
