We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team based in Slough. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return will receive a competitive salary of 30,000 per annum.

About the Digital Marketing Executive role:
As part of our dynamic Multichannel Team, the CRM Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging email campaigns and driving forward our wider CRM activity. With recent technology upgrades and ambitious growth plans, we are entering an exciting period of transformation within our CRM function. This role also includes support across the wider digital marketing mix, so you'll get great exposure across a variety of digital marketing disciplines. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how we connect with our customers; enhancing their experience and deepening their connection with our brand.
We're looking for someone with a spark for CRM, who's eager to make an impact and ideally has 1-2 years' experience within a retail marketing environment. You'll bring strong organisational, communication and time management skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities of our Digital Marketing Executive:

• Briefing email campaigns into the creative studio, ensuring information is accurate and reflects the plan set out by the CRM Lead.
• Work closely with the CRM Lead to deliver targeted customer journeys
• that improve engagement and retention.
• Building and testing campaigns and workflows
• Weekly reporting on channel performance
• Supporting with ad-hoc weekly email sends
• Contributing to the weekly BAU email plan with ideas for content
• Ensure best practise is followed for every send - liaising with the relevant teams (product, content, trading & tech) to ensure the most appropriate images and journeys are used.

Key skills and attributes we are looking for in our Digital Marketing Executive:

• Strong administrative skills including excellent time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, adaptable team member who is able to problem solve, ask the right questions and work autonomously
• 1-2 years experience in retail marketing
• Experience of using marketing technologies such as Ometria, Dot Digital or Bloomreach would be an advantage
• Quick to learn and confident picking up new systems and technology
• Good team player with a collaborative approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
