Are you passionate about creating seamless digital experiences that get results? We're looking for a CRO Lead to join our digital team and take ownership of our experimentation and optimisation strategy across our B2C websites and e-commerce platforms.

In this role, you'll lead the charge in improving customer journeys, increasing conversion rates, and delivering data-driven insights that shape our digital roadmap. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, from developers to content creators, and work closely with and external CRO agency to bring personalised, high-impact experiences to life.

Your day to day

Lead and implement a robust

CRO strategy

to improve key e-commerce KPIs across channels and campaigns. Design and run

A/B and multivariate tests

, and implement personalisation strategies. Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements. Conduct

user research and usability testing

to uncover customer needs and pain points. Optimise web pages for

conversion, retention, and engagement

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX and CRO goals and strategies. Manage the CRO budget and ensure strong ROI. Stay ahead of industry trends in UX and CRO and bring fresh ideas to the table. Support the eCommerce team with campaign promotions and website updates. Present findings and recommendations to inform business decisions.

About you

A degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience leading CRO and personalisation programs in an e-commerce setting. Hands-on experience with

Adobe Target

(2+ years preferred). Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like

ContentSquare

and

Google Analytics

. Basic understanding of

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

. A collaborative mindset and excellent time management skills. A passion for digital innovation and solving business challenges through technology.
