At Cobrey Farms, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join us as a Crop Manager, working closely with the Farm Manager to lead the day-to-day growing of our vegetable crops. As a Crop Manager, you'll be involved in the full crop lifecycle. Working closely with experienced managers and agronomists, you'll gain hands-on experience in field-walking, crop monitoring, planting, irrigation, crop protection, and harvest organisation. From day one, you'll be a valued part of the team, learning both the practical and strategic aspects of managing vegetable and arable crops. As you gain confidence and experience your responsibilities will grow and you'll take the initiative to drive crop performance and farm efficiency.

While previous crop management experience is not essential, some practical experience--gained through university placements or seasonal farm work--is required. Most importantly, you'll bring enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, alongside strong communication and teamworking skills. Success in the role depends on working closely with colleagues and agronomists.
