About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic

CSCS Labour Card Teacher/Instructor

to deliver high-quality training to individuals preparing for their CSCS Labourer Card (also known as the Green Card). The successful candidate will support learners in developing the knowledge and skills needed to work safely on construction sites, helping them achieve the required qualification and pass their CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging training sessions on CSCS Labourer Card courses (including Health & Safety Awareness). Prepare learners for their CSCS tests by providing clear guidance, support, and feedback. Assess learners' knowledge and understanding in line with awarding body requirements. Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants.

Requirements

Recognised teaching/training qualification (e.g., PTLLS, AET, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of Health & Safety in construction and CSCS requirements. Previous experience delivering CSCS/Health & Safety training (preferred). Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills. Ability to motivate and support learners from a range of backgrounds.
