Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised according to company standards. Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and safely. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with clients while providing excellent customer service. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficiency.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to drive is preferred for roles that require travel between locations. Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with clients and colleagues. A strong customer service orientation is essential, with the ability to respond positively to client needs and feedback.
