team of four experienced cleaners
to carry out a detailed building clean on a newly finishedstudent accommodation site
in Bristol (BS34). This role requires a strong eye for detail and previous experience in deep cleaning on construction or accommodation projects.Key Responsibilities:
Full building clean of a completed student accommodation development High-detail cleaning of rooms, communal areas, kitchens, bathrooms, corridors, and fixtures Ensuring all areas meet handover standards Working efficiently as part of a team to meet deadlines Maintaining health and safety standards on site
Requirements:
Strong experience in deep/builders' cleaning Excellent attention to detail Ability to work as part of a coordinated team Valid
