Job Overview

We are seeking a CSCS Builders Cleaner to work on a variety of new build construction sites. Must have experience with carrying out cleans to a high standard on construction sites. Ideally need to have you own transport as well due to covering a few different sites in an area.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas Ensure waste is properly disposed of and recycling protocols are followed Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet their specific cleaning needs

Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning or custodial roles is advantageous but not essential Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Valid driving licence is desirable for roles involving travel between sites Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanour Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 16.00-16.50 per hour
