We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, as you will interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our cleaning services.
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and well-organised.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Requirements
Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between sites.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
