Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking

CSCS Labourer

to join our team on a major redevelopment project in Erdington, Birmingham. This is a

full-time PAYE role (13.00 per hour)

offering long-term security (approx. 50 weeks) and a

genuine opportunity for career progression and training

Duties

Assist with the preparation, setup, and clearance of site areas. Handle and move materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain clean and safe welfare and working areas at all times. Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision. Support skilled trades and site supervisors with day-to-day tasks. Follow all health & safety rules and immediately report hazards or incidents.
Requirements

Valid CSCS card (essential).

Manual Handling & Asbestos Awareness certificates.

Previous site or labouring experience is desirable, but not essential. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to safe working practices.
