Duties



Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, unloading materials, and setting up equipment Support tradespeople with tasks such as mixing materials, lifting heavy objects, and organizing tools and supplies Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times Help with the installation of temporary structures like scaffolding, fencing, or barriers as needed Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately Conduct routine inspections of the site to identify potential hazards or safety concerns Support the team during various phases of construction projects, demonstrating flexibility and proactive engagement

Qualifications



Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card or equivalent certification demonstrating health and safety awareness on site Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions carefully Basic understanding of health and safety procedures relevant to construction sites Prior experience in construction or manual labour roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for motivated candidates
