Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Wonder World Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have memorable experiences. Located in Great Britain, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and providing exceptional service across our diverse attractions.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide detailed information about our attractions and services to enhance guest experiences.
Assist customers with bookings, upselling additional services when appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations across all brands.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus.
Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle inquiries effectively.
Basic data entry skills with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
