CTO Manager / Lead Developer

to join our dynamic team at our Leeds HQ and drive our digital and tech strategy to the next level.

What You'll Do:

Lead the digital development of Yorkshire Dental Suite and Smile White platforms Drive in-house tech strategy and build scalable, efficient systems Manage and grow a team of developers and tech support Collaborate with marketing, operations, and creative to bring innovative ideas to life Shape the digital future of one of the most exciting brands in UK healthcare

What We're Looking For:

Strong coding/development background (full-stack experience preferred) Proven leadership in managing dev teams/projects Ambitious, creative, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment Tech-savvy with a problem-solving mindset Passionate about innovation, automation, and user experience
