Club Support

.

You must have the experience, energy and enthusiasm to assist in the smooth running of day-to-day operations of a busy club, plus a proven track record in the fitness or retail industries. You will be responsible for assisting the Club Manager in the general running of all aspects of the club with specific emphasis on the sale of new memberships, ensuring members receive a 5 star experience through excellent customer service and ensuring the gym flooris kept presentable at all times.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role:

Sales - driving daily sales and achieving monthly targets Actively engaging with existing members to support retention and community Getting involved with content creation for social media pages Assisting with events led by the Club Manager Maintaining gym standards - cleanliness, maintenance etc. Assist in outreach and lead generating activities led by the Club Manager Membership administration General operational duties Phone calls and emails to current and prospective members/enquiries

About you:

A background in fitness membership sales is strongly preferred but not essential (a passion for fitness is a must!) Tenacious and target driven! Outstanding customer service and people skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities Proactive, passionate, creative and motivated Living within a commutable distance to the club
