The Role

As a

CUPRA Specialist (Sales Executive)

, you'll be the face of the CUPRA brand, delivering a truly exclusive and personalised experience for every customer. You'll build strong relationships, understand individual needs, and guide customers through an exciting journey -- from first enquiry to vehicle handover and beyond.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Generating leads and new opportunities for both new and pre-owned CUPRA vehicles Delivering a premium, customer-focused experience that reflects the CUPRA ethos Engaging confidently with customers both face-to-face and through digital channels Following a consistent, structured sales process to achieve high customer satisfaction and sales targets Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicles, products, and services Proactively following up all customer enquiries to maximise sales opportunities

To succeed in this role, you will:

Have a proven background in delivering outstanding customer service Be an attentive listener with a friendly, professional, and approachable manner Ideally have experience in automotive sales, across new and used vehicles (full training provided) Be passionate about motorsport, performance vehicles, and the CUPRA brand Have strong interpersonal and communication skills Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Be confident working to a structured, results-driven sales process

Basic Salary:

On Target Earnings:

Up to 48,500
