We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Curial Office Finance Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and strong data entry skills. The Curial Office Finance Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient office processes.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
Assist with financial services documentation and record-keeping
Utilise accounting software such as Xero and OPAS for various financial tasks
Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents in accordance with GDPR
Support the preparation of financial reports as needed
Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and improve efficiency
Must be willing to work within a Christian framework and be sensitive to its ethos
Skills
Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Familiarity with accounts payable processes within financial services
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
