Curriculum Development Lead - Drama

We are seeking a creative and visionary Drama specialist to take a lead role in shaping and developing our Drama curriculum. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious teacher to raise the profile of Drama within our school and ensure high-quality provision for KS5.

As Curriculum Development Lead for Drama, you will drive a clear and ambitious vision for the subject, ensuring that schemes of work are innovative, sequenced and inclusive, and that students of all abilities are supported to excel in both performance and academic study. You will champion Drama as a tool for building confidence, self-expression and collaboration, and will work with colleagues to embed these benefits across the wider school experience.
