We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and talented Curriculum Leader: Maths to join our committed and creative school community. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire within a motivated team of teaching professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding education.



Key Responsibilities and Duties



Lead the Maths curriculum across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4,
ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.

Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to engage and
challenge students.

Support and mentor colleagues to promote continuous professional
development within the department.

Monitor and analyse pupil progress to drive improvements in
attainment and outcomes.

Contribute actively to the wider pastoral and extra-curricular life of
the school.

Collaborate with senior leadership to support whole school
improvement initiatives.



Required Qualifications and Experience



Qualified teacher status with a strong background in teaching Maths
at KS3 and KS4.

Proven leadership skills and experience in curriculum development. A passion for inspiring pupils and enhancing their learning
experiences.

Commitment to raising standards and delivering excellent
educational outcomes.



Desirable Qualities



Creativity and enthusiasm in curriculum design and delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive and hardworking
team.

Dedication to professional development and school improvement.



Salary



Mainscale/UPS + TLR 1.9 (13,302 per annum)
