CURRICULUM MANAGER - Construction
35 hours per week, Anniesland Campus
PERMANENT
We are looking for a dedicated leader to play a key role in the educational experience at Glasgow Clyde College.
The candidate will lead and manage the team with the ability to resolve problems and develop positive working practices and team relationships, fostering a people-centred culture where everyone is treated with fairness and respect.
You will ensure a collaborative, people-centred approach to team working as well as the responsibility for managing, developing and implementing effective and positive change within the curriculum area.
You will work with Managing Agents such as CITB and Local Authorities in managing Modern Apprenticeship delivery as well as leading in the development of our own Modern Apprenticeship programmes.
As a key driving force, you will play a pivotal part in delivering effective learning, teaching, and assessment approaches which deliver a positive experience and positive student outcomes. You will be responsible for the planning and development of engaging innovative, effective and relevant learning experiences which meets the needs of our students, community, employer and regional needs of the curriculum area.
