We are seeking a

Curriculum Manager

to play a key role in the success of our division and the wider college. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding practitioner who is ready to lead, support, and shape the future of teaching, learning, and student experience.



As Curriculum Manager, you will:Act as deputy to the Curriculum Director, supporting the leadership and operational management of the division. Take the lead on safeguarding, student disciplinaries, and work experience coordination within your curriculum area. Work closely with Employability Leads and Placement Officers to provide students with meaningful work-related learning, enrichment opportunities, and guest speaker events. Lead and motivate a team of staff, ensuring high standards across teaching, learning and assessment. Manage resources effectively and support the ongoing development of curriculum provision.
