This is a pivotal role for an experienced education leader committed to inclusive and impactful learning. You'll manage and develop a diverse curriculum that reflects local needs, supports personal and professional growth, and empowers adults through high-quality learning.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading adult learning provision to ensure quality, innovation, and strong learner outcomes
Collaborating with employers, community partners, and stakeholders to shape responsive curriculum pathways
Managing staff and resources efficiently to meet KPIs and strategic goals
Championing learner engagement, progress, and wellbeing
Teaching 7-12 hours per week to model excellent practice
What we are looking for:
A degree or substantial vocational experience in a related field
Full teaching qualification (or working towards)
Proven leadership and teaching experience in adult learning
Strong understanding of adult education funding and LMI
A collaborative, learner-first approach
