Curriculum Manager - Maths

Salary Range:

44,306-47,806 per annum (Permanent, Full-time)

Stanmore College is looking for a Curriculum Manager - Maths to take charge of our GCSE and Functional Skills programmes, lead a fantastic team, and create an environment where students love learning. You'll ensure excellence in teaching, inspire learners, and shape a curriculum that's both practical and exciting.

Main Duties:

Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of GCSE and Functional Skills Maths programmes. Manage, motivate, and develop the Maths teaching team to ensure high standards of teaching and learning. Monitor learner progress, outcomes, and engagement, implementing actions to drive improvement. Ensure curriculum and assessment practices are high-quality, compliant, and innovative. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to keep the Maths provision relevant, engaging, and aligned with strategic goals.
