We are looking for an experienced

Curtain Wall Fixer

to start ASAP in a job in

Wandsworth

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret drawings and work orders to understand the curtain wall installation details Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations Select and prepare curtain wall materials such as aluminium, glass, and related hardware Install anchor systems, curtain wall frames, and insulating glass units Ensure that the installed curtain walls are weather-tight and secure Inspect and adjust installed systems to ensure they are aligned and in accordance with the architectural specifications Seal all the joints and seams of the curtain wall system to make it water and air resistant Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing glass panels, resealing joints, and fixing broken parts Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order Follow safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Valid CSCS card NVQ Level 2 in Curtain Wall Installation (or above) Right to work in the U.K Experience in curtain wall installations Organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
