At RG42, we're a growing team passionate about quality and craftsmanship. Based in Treorchy, Wales, we design and manufacture high-quality, handmade rise and recline armchairs and matching sofas.

We are currently looking for a full-time

Cushion Filler

to join our production team. This is a hands-on role where you'll help ensure every chair we produce is comfortable, finished to a high standard, and ready to be delivered to customers.

What you'll be doing:

You will be responsible for:

Reading and working from a spec sheet to identify the correct cushion components Selecting the correct filling materials and cushion parts for each job Filling cushions to a consistent and high-quality standard Ensuring the comfort, appearance, and overall quality of finished cushions Working closely with the production team to meet daily targets
Full training will be provided -- no previous cushion filling experience is required, but you must be reliable, willing to learn, and able to work with your hands.

Work Pattern:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm Friday: 7:30am - 1:00pm

Cushion filling or upholstery: Preferred, but not essential Ability to follow instructions and work from written specs Good attention to detail
