Factory Labourer / Cushion Filler

Job Description
We are currently seeking a Factory Labourer and Cushion Filler to join our team at Instyle Sofas. The successful candidate will work primarily in our Coatbridge factory, assisting our cutters and upholsters with the production and partial assembly of our high-quality sofas and furniture. They will also be required to occasionally to assist with our deliveries to customers.

Clean Driving License (or maximum three points)
Ability to fully commit to expectations outlined above.
Ability to work as a team and support colleagues.
A positive attitude and willingness to work hard and learn new skills.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
:Good attention to detail.
Flexibility to work overtime as required
Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
