Are you passionate about branding, packaging, and helping businesses stand out? We're looking for a proactive and personable Custom Branding Lead to manage and grow our branded packaging portfolio.

Working closely with our fast-moving QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) clients--from independent food entrepreneurs to growing franchise groups--you'll help bring their brand vision to life through beautifully executed custom packaging.

This is a customer-facing role where relationship-building, project management, and commercial instinct are key. You'll guide clients through the entire branding journey, from consultation to delivery, ensuring that every touchpoint enhances their identity and loyalty.

What You'll Bring:

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. A track record of delivering successful B2B projects (especially in fast-paced industries). A flair for spotting and pitching branding opportunities. Ability to manage multiple custom print projects end-to-end with precision and creativity. Familiarity with packaging and printing processes. Design knowledge or hands-on ability with tools like Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Focus - Custom Print Branding (80%+)

Act as the go-to point of contact for customers engaging in custom-branded packaging. Identify, pitch, and convert custom print opportunities from existing and prospective customers. Guide clients through each stage of the branding process--from concept consultation to final delivery. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, procurement) and external partners (printers, logistics) to ensure smooth execution. Maintain oversight of project timelines, quality checks, and design approvals. Deliver consistent, high-quality packaging that aligns with each customer's brand. Create sample decks and presentation materials to enhance conversion and client engagement. Track all active jobs and proactively manage updates, delays, or adjustments with transparency. Nurture client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.
Secondary Focus - In-House Brand Growth

Support the development of internal brand identity across packaging and marketing touchpoints. Collaborate with graphic design and marketing teams to maintain visual consistency and brand cohesion. Monitor market trends and competitor positioning to inform brand evolution. Participate in campaigns, launches, and promotional initiatives to strengthen our presence and value proposition.
Skills and Experience Required

Proven success in a B2B client-facing or brand/project management role. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive new business through consultative sales. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of packaging materials, print processes, and branding principles. High attention to detail and organisational strength. Confidence in juggling creative and operational responsibilities. Working knowledge of design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva is an advantage.
