Job Description

Job Summary:

We are a custom kitchen & cabinetry workshop seeking an experienced professional to operate Moziac and / or Cabinet Vision software for high-end, made-to-order kitchens & cabinetry. This role bridges design and production, converting designs into accurate workshop drawings and CNC programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design custom, one-off cabinetry using Mozaic and/or Cabinet Vision Produce detailed workshop drawings, cut lists, and CNC-ready files Program and optimize CNC output for custom cabinet components Collaborate closely with owners, designers, and shop craftsmen Specify materials, construction methods, joinery, and hardware appropriate for custom work Troubleshoot design and production issues before and during fabrication Maintain, customize and develop cabinet libraries for shop-specific standards Support shop workflow from design through installation

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Mozaic and/or Cabinet Vision in a custom cabinetry environment Strong understanding of custom cabinet construction, joinery, and materials Experience preparing CNC programs for cabinet parts Ability to interpret architectural drawings and site measurements High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Strong communication skills and ability to work in a small-team environment

Preferred skills:

A strong and a clear understanding of how bespoke furniture and cabinetry is manufactured. At least three years' experience in furniture design Strong 3D CAD experience using Cabinet Vision or Moziac Practical knowledge of joinery manufacturing and CNC processes Experience designing kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry and bespoke furniture A strong understanding of materials, construction methods and technical detailing
