A newly created position has arisen within our friendly family run business to help support the day to day admin management of one of our key customer accounts, you will be working with one of our biggest customer accounts which can be complex in nature, therefore the ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail as well as strong communication skills.
Main Responsibilities;
- Take accountability for ensuring that our key customer accounts are kept up to date in terms of processing all required information to ensure timely payment.
- Main point of contact for our key customer, primarily in terms of uploading relevant information on to the customers system and ensuring all applications for payment are processed with both accuracy and efficiency.
- Responsible for ensuring all older issues are being investigated and discussed with the customer on a regular basis.
- Review current processes in place, contribute ideas for improvement as well as challenge ideas both within the internal team and externally.
- Work with both the team and senior management to ensure that any customer issues are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
- Regular reconciliation of excel trackers to system.
Candidate requirements;
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and deal with conflicting priorities
- Excellent Excel skills
- Highly Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers at all levels of the organisation.
- Advanced IT skills, experience of using a number of different systems is beneficial.
This position has a salary range of 25,000 - 28,000 along with company pension scheme, and on-site parking.
