You will need to have a good working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook along with a confident telephone manor. Previous experience within a similar position is a must, full training would be given to the successful candidate. Please note a minimum of 2 years experience is required in Sales administration or in a similar role.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Administrator to manage the Abbey Clamps Sales Inbox. Ensuring consistency in producing daily quotes and sales orders. An individual who is highly analytical and is keen to deliver excellent results. Striving for business and professional growth. Happy to go the extra miles.Working under the guidance of the Office Manager. You will be a confident individual, who sees admin as a solution not a chore, with a general interest in Engineering and strong communication skills. You will have a natural ability to distil information quickly and action it effectively meaning you have listened to direction and have understood what is required of you or the task at hand.
To co-ordinate and accurately action all quotes and orders.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
All quotes, orders and queries are turn around without delay.
Ensure Customer satisfaction is at the heart of your work.
Serve as a point of reference to employees in terms of showing a great work ethic, habits, and character.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Production & Despatch) to ensure customer satisfaction and deliverables.
Ensuring all reasonable Sales tasks are completed daily.
Respond to requests and queries of Senior management for the provision of sales and sales orders queries.
Ensuring compliance with all Pinstructure policies and any other related duties as and when required.
