We are now expanding the team in this newly created role and looking for a proactive and personable Customer Account Coordinator to join us and become the vital link between our clients and internal teams.
In this dynamic role, you'll be the go-to person for our customers--managing communications, coordinating project updates, and ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and valued.
You'll also play a key role in supporting our marketing and digital presence, contributing to our online content, campaigns, and admin support functions.
The Role:
Be the first point of contact for clients--understand their needs and communicate effectively with our development team.
Provide first-line support for customer queries, escalating issues when needed.
Keep clients up to date with project progress, key milestones, and timelines.
Create and deliver accurate quotations based on project requirements.
Comfortable using social media platforms and willing to support marketing activities, including email newsletters and website updates via a content management system (full training provided).
Skills and Experience Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A strong customer service mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
A collaborative and adaptable approach to working with teams and clients.
