We are looking for a proven, service-driven Customer Account Manager to join our Account Management team and take ownership of an exciting Ecommerce client account. You will naturally understand how to maintain and build strong customer relationships and will be confident in resolving any immediate queries that arise.
You will be responsible for delivering a cost-effective operation that aligns with our best practices while successfully managing key accounts.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Bradford site in the BD12 Low Moor area, conveniently located just a few minutes' drive from junction 26 of the M62. The role is primarily site-based, although we appreciate that life happens, so occasional flexibility to work from home can be offered when needed.
In return, we offer a salary of 28,000 to 32,000 depending on experience, along with a structured development plan that includes training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for career growth within our organisation.
