Overview

ATL Turbine Services are looking for a customer focused account manager to join our dedicated customer service team in Dundee. This is an exciting role and rare opportunity to join one of Dundee's most successful and well established engineering companies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer account management of blue chip organisations, with previous experience in engineering or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and support the sales process by ensuring that key activities are executed by internal stakeholders. Creation of quotes using technical sales inputs (information from engineering) to produce a formal quotation to the customer. Coordinate of major quotation projects for significant packages of work. Providing the customer and/or internal/external stakeholders with an assertive, professional, diligent, informed and friendly interface with ATL. Ensuring customer orders are effectively administered (from order/parts receipt to despatch/invoice/payment) and delivered to meet or beat ATL performance obligations. Prompt and professional communication relating to customer orders including order amendment/variation.

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving or surpassing targets. Strong analysis skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Prior experience in account management or client services is highly desirable.
