This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a litho and digital printing company renowned for its commitment to quality and exceptional service. In this dynamic role, no two days will be the same. You will collaborate closely with our Production team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely job dispatch. Our customers are central to our success, and you will play a crucial role in enhancing our service in a rapidly expanding area of the business.

About the role:
While prior experience in printing is preferred, comprehensive training will be provided. Familiarity with Tharstern, our primary order processing platform, would be advantageous. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can demonstrate flexibility and commitment.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service to our clients.
Communicate effectively through email, phone and messaging platforms.
Foster strong relationships with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Production, Dispatch, and Finance.
Process production orders using our Management Information System (MIS).
Ensure timely dispatch of orders through coordination with internal departments.
Address delivery issues with couriers.
