Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Administrator to join our dynamic team based in Sidcup.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that enjoys engaging with new and regular customers.

You will play a key role in supporting the team with various activities, from communicating with customers over the phone and via email, to processing orders and other administrative tasks as and when required.

The position offers the opportunity for growth and development, and after completion of their probationary period, the working hours will increase to 35 hours per week, with a salary increase to 26,500 PA.

Key Responsibilities:



Engaging and liaising with new and current customers via phone and email Promoting new offers and other sales opportunities Promoting events with customers such as promotional activities and sampling

Administrative Support

: Provide general administrative support to the sales and logistics team, including updating databases on stock information and customer details.

: Comfortable with using digital tools and software (experience with Microsoft Office, Google workspace, and social media platforms is a plus).

: Ability to work well within a team and contribute to combined projects.

: An interest in creative problem-solving and developing fresh ideas for marketing campaigns.

Hours:



Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 16:00pm

Hours to increase 09:00am to 17:00pm on completion of probationary period.
