Customer Advisor
Up to 12.60 per hour depending on your age & Benefits
Full-time positions available at 30-37.5 hours per week. Availability to cover shifts within the opening hours of the store, 7:00am - 11:00pm, with a degree of flexibility required including weekends and evenings.

A look into the role
Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.
As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Working hours
Full-time positions available at 30 - 37.5 hours per week. Availability to cover shifts within the opening hours of the store, 7:00am - 11:00pm. Please note that this role will involve working nights and weekends.
