Full time - Hybrid working

2 days a week on site, 3 days from home


Are you experienced in customer service and looking for a new challenge? If so, look no further!



As Customer Advisor for live chat here at Signet Jewelers (Ernest Jones and H.Samuel) you will provide us with vital support responding to customer queries regarding; service, repairs, products and deliveries.



You'll support our retail stores throughout the country, this will include answering calls, responding to emails, speaking with customers on web chat, checking stock and contacting suppliers and customers to arrange deliveries.

About You:

Suitable applicants must have customer service experience, and a love to help our customers celebrate life and express love.



We are seeking confident and professional individuals who will take pride in assisting with customer queries via live chat.


Hybrid working - We offer a mix of office and home working as per our business requirement. Late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays will be worked from home.
