Customer and Product Service Advisor

to join our Clients team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to final installation.

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and supporting sales within the dynamic glazing industry.

What You'll Do

Customer Service Excellence:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, offering accurate and helpful information about our products and services. You'll professionally handle any customer complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner and escalating them when necessary.

Order and Quote Management:

Provide detailed quotes and process customer orders accurately in our system, checking stock availability and confirming delivery schedules. You'll coordinate with our production and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to the customer's satisfaction.

Customer Care and Sales Support:

Assist customers in selecting the best glass and glazing products for their needs, offering guidance based on their project requirements. You will also proactively upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities and help the team meet its revenue goals.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to foster long-term partnerships. You'll follow up on sales leads and nurture relationships to generate new business opportunities.

Product Expertise:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our full product range and industry trends. You will educate customers on product benefits and technical specifications, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.

Who We're Looking For

Someone with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction and the ability to effectively address customer needs. Proven experience in a customer service or sales role. Previous experience in the glass, glazing, or construction industry is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A resourceful problem-solver with a solutions-oriented approach to customer issues. IT proficiency, including comfort using CRM systems, email, and other software for order processing and customer management. Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
