Treaty Jewellery is a growing retail and wholesale jewellery brand known for statement, head-turning jewellery and strong relationships with our customers and stockists. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a hands-on, motivated team member to work closely with the Director and support both day-to-day operations and wholesale growth.

About the Role
This position combines
order fulfilment, stock management, customer service, wholesale account management, and office administration
. Initially, the role will support all areas of the business, with a strong operational focus. Over time, as wholesale and sales grow, the role will evolve with increased responsibility in account management and sales coordination.
You'll work closely with the Director and play an important role in shaping how our operations and wholesale channels scale.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfilment (Picking & Packing)
Pick, pack, and dispatch retail and wholesale orders accurately
Maintain a clean, organised packing and storage area
Assist with stock handling and inventory organisation
Customer Service
Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and other channels
Handle order questions, returns, exchanges, and after-sales support
Deliver a high standard of customer experience aligned with the brand
Liaise with customers to resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Sales & Wholesale Account Management
Support and manage existing wholesale accounts
Build and sustain a close rapport and relationship with all clients
Process wholesale orders and follow up on enquiries
Assist with onboarding new wholesale stockists
Maintain accurate wholesale account records
Support sales growth through relationship management
Participate in performance-based incentives related to wholesale growth
Office & Administrative Operations
Manage general office administration and correspondence
Maintain systems for orders, invoices, and customer records
Support basic reporting and internal tracking
Assist with operational processes and workflow improvements
Provide general support to the Director as needed
About You
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities
Confident communicating with customers and wholesale partners
Willing to be hands-on -- from packing orders to managing accounts
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
Interested in growing with a small but ambitious brand
Experience in retail, wholesale, customer service, or small business operations is highly regarded, but attitude and fit are just as important.
