As our workload continues to grow, we're looking for a highly organised and proactive
Operations Coordinator
to join our management team and help keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
About the Role
The Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day project delivery and internal operations.
You'll act as the main link between the office, clients, suppliers, and site teams -- ensuring all schedules, materials, and communications are accurate and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily project schedules and ensure trades are allocated efficiently
Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, timelines, and updates
Order and track materials from local suppliers
Maintain Buildertrend project management software (task tracking, document uploads, updates)
Support invoicing, payments, and documentation with the finance team
Manage and organise timesheets and attendance logs
Assist with health & safety paperwork and compliance tracking
Provide general administrative and operational support to project managers
Requirements
Experience in
construction administration, project coordination, or operations
(preferred)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Confident using digital systems such as
Buildertrend
,
Xero
, or similar tools (training can be provided)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
