Duties
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person, ensuring polite and professional phone etiquette.
Utilise basic maths skills to process transactions accurately.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Assist multilingual customers by providing support in English and Spanish or other languages as needed.
Manage time effectively to ensure all customers receive timely assistance.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring products are well-displayed.
Requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
