Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, taking orders and ensuring them a positive dining experience. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Urdu and English, are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a friendly manner. Communicate effectively with customers, providing information about dishes. Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain an organised and tidy work area to ensure a pleasant shopping environment. Utilise basic maths skills to process transactions accurately. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer service standards. Stay informed about menu to assist customers effectively, especially with allergens.

Qualifications

Proficiency in both English and Urdu is preferred; multilingual candidates are welcome. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Basic maths skills for handling orders accurately. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services.

Pay: 31,000.00-39,000.00 per year
