Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Assistant to join our team. This role will suit an experienced retail/hospitality associate with a keen interest in the drinks industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. A knack for sales also appreciated!

This role is spread across our bar & tasting stall in Jarrolds. Availability to work evenings essential!

Duties

Providing exceptional customer service and memorable customer experiences that ultimately drive sales Work collaboratively with manager in order to ensure inventory is well stocked. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Providing alcohol product tastings alongside product knowledge to customers in order to influence and encourage sales. identifying trends and opportunities to better performance and customer experience.

Essentials:

Available for day shifts, opportunity for other hours possible excellent sales skills Ability to work confidently independently Ability to work with initiative and willingness to be flexible in your approach to work and duties
This role is for 16h a week with the possibility to pick up more hours elsewhere in the business.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.85-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
