This is a part time position with a contract of 22.5 hours per week.

The Role

Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. For this position, you will primarily work in the Cafe, however you may be multi-skilled on our Counters if required:

Cafe

As a member of our Cafe team you could be supporting in the kitchen making items from the menu or working as part of the Front of House team making beverages, serving customers or keeping on top of cleanliness within the dining area.


You don't need retail experience to join our family. As with our with our bespoke training you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience for our customers. The Cafe is a fast paced working environment and the successful candidates will be required to work to Food Safety laws.

Counters

As part of our Counters team, you will be working with a variety of meat, fish and dairy products. You will have high degree of customer interaction and should therefore have a friendly, polite and approachable manner.
