Job Description

Were looking for a proactive and detail oriented individual to join an established team within a solid company who have a strong placement within the Newbuild Construction industry. If your passionate about customer service thrive in a fast paced environment and have a knack for organisation and reporting we want to hear from you.

The role is based in our Head Office in Pontypool South Wales with our touch points in the industry reaching through Wales & the Southwest, Southeast, North Midlands, and the Northeast although travel is not a necessity for the role. As a team we have an excellent history and an enviable position in the market with current growth allowing opportunity to expand.

Specific Job Role Responsibilities



Liaising with our customers, occupiers and our Service Engineering Field Team

Accurate supply of information to our team to ensure works are carried out in an effective and timely manner.

Allocation of site jobs to engineers

Creation of customer quotes for finance team to secure payment

Deal with requests for information from internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.

Provide professional and timely customer and site support via phone and email

Assist with administrative task including data entry, document control

Maintain and update internal database

Support the team with scheduling communication, and operational tasks

Skills/Knowledge



Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Microsoft Word, Excel etc)

Strong attention to detail particularly in handling reports and documentation

A Polite and Professional Telephone Manner

A Team Player

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

A problem solver with a positive can do attitude

UPVC industry knowledge a benefit
