This is a multitasking role, including helping customers with any queries over email, phone and Live Chat. Assisting with order management, returns and exchanges & ensuring team KPIs are met.



An excellent customer experience is a priority at all times.

This role reports to the Customer Care Manager.



This is a Fixed Term Contract for Full Time Hours.

37.5 hours/5 Days per week.

From October 2025 to January 2026

What Will You Do?





The main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Having a customer first style approach to all tasks and showing great skills at resolving issues and resolutions. Providing an outstanding customer experience for our customers. Answering customer queries via phone, email, chat & social media Assisting with ticket management when an issue needs to be raised to I.T. - follow up is essential. Ensure that any customer data is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations Ensuring team KPIs are met
