As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll be a natural people person who enjoys building great relationships with customers and making sure they have the best possible experience. You'll be confident on the phone, organised in your work, and ready to take ownership of any situation that comes your way.

Why Project Better Energy?



Salary between 24,000 to 26,800

Fixed rota Monday to Friday between 9am-8pm (mix of 9-5, 10-6 & 12-8 shifts). Friday hours alternate. Saturday rota paid at overtime rate, with extra Sunday overtime available.

Day to Day



Make on boarding calls - book installations, gather feedback, and answer any customer questions

Complete compliance calls in line with our Finance Partner requirements

Carry out follow-up calls after installations to check customers are happy and explain next steps

Gather customer feedback to help us keep improving our service

Collect and record customers reviews on our online platforms

Process customer referral claims quickly and accurately

Take ownership of customer issues and see them through from start to finish

Handle new sales orders and schedule installations

Process card payments for deposits and final balances

Respond to calls and emails promptly and professionally

Keep our CRM system accurate and up to date

Support the team with any other tasks as needed

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach Excellent written and verbal communication with great attention to detail Well-organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively Confident and approachable telephone manner Customer-focused, providing timely and high-quality support A real team player who can also work well independently Positive, helpful, and eager to learn Proactive and efficient when following processes and instructions Familiar with FCA and GDPR guidelines Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience within the solar industry is a bonus
