CUSTOMER CARE APPRENTICE (level 2 - 12 months )

Barkston Plastic Ltd is a leading plastics provider to businesses and direct to the public. There are different parts to the business and the factory on site makes a variety of products for lots of different industries, including, transport, chemical, water and pharmaceutical. We provide solutions for all sorts of interesting projects and challenges!

You will have a demonstrated an enthusiastic and ambitious attitude to helping others with a willingness to constantly learn and adapt to new challenges. We need you to be organised and manage your time well: somebody who understands and has a passion for providing a high quality service to clients

What you will do....



Key Responsibilities

Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.

Use our in-house systems to support our sales team to keep customers updated throughout their customer journey.

Enter data onto our software systems and help to create reports on that data so that we can continuously improve our services

Assist with customer order-related enquiries via telephone and email.

Handle customer complaints, and where necessary process returns requests.

Generate ad-hoc reports and carry out other tasks to support the efficient running of the commercial department.

Required Skills and Experience

You will need to have a predicted grade 4/C or above in English and Maths

Passion for working with people

Well organized

Strong communication skills

Attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: 16,000.00-24,000.00 per year
