Working hours between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Saturday.

Hybrid working once fully trained (part time office based, part time working from home).

We are a marketing agency specialising in automotive contact centre solutions. No automotive experience needed.

As a Care Consultant you will act as an extension to 1 or more dealership service departments. With a variety of responsibilities, we are looking for someone to;

Make outbound calls, to book service & MOT appointments for existing customers Support inbound customers with enquiries and convert into bookings Proactively action and respond to leads and enquiries from multiple systems within strict time frames Maintain accurate customer and vehicle data Deliver an exceptional customer experience Provide a duty of care to all customers, advising of recommended services to fully maintain their vehicles Identifying upsell opportunities, promoting the benefits of additional products and services as appropriate Achieve and exceed targets
Full training and induction will be provided. (Office based initially for a minimum of 6-8 weeks depending on previous experience, then hybrid)

Full and part time positions available between 20-40 hours per week, with the flexibility to work around other commitments such as studying and childcare (must be discussed at time of interview).

Starting pay 12.26 per hour with a competitive commission structure
