Reporting to the Customer Team Leader the Customer Care Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the companies clients with a variety of different projects. You will manage day-to-day customer communication, quotes/order processing, and coordination between departments to ensure a seamless experience is provided.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and emails, providing prompt and professional responses.
Manage product and general enquiries over the phone and email
Log enquiries and client updates accurately on the CRM system.
Process orders efficiently and with attention to detail.
Process quotations
Book in deliveries and liaise with logistics to ensure smooth scheduling.
Communicate and coordinate raw material delays, production updates, and order amendments.
Support aftersales care by resolving issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with production, sales, and project teams to maintain workflow continuity.
Key Skills & Attributes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Previous experience within a similar role, ideally within Manufacturing or similar
