Cambrian Packaging are a family owned and run Packaging Distributor based in Newtown, Powys. We are looking for a new member to join our
Customer Care Team
.
The Customer Care Team are responsible for processing all orders from our Sales Team, ensuring that the right stock gets to the right customer, via the correct haulier, on time - every time. The Customer Care Team manage the order from point of sale, processing, stock allocation, dispatch and after sale support.
Utilising our CRM system, Netsuite the Customer Care team strive for accurate order processing and live and breathe our Company Core Value - Customer #1.
The right candidate will have -
Experience in Sales based Business Administration Role (preferrable 2 years)
Experience with providing the highest level of Customer Service (preferrable 2 years)
An excellent telephone and email manner.
Ability to take ownership of tasks
Ability to think on their feet and resolve Customer Challenges
Ability to use rules and processes to achieve team accuracy targets.

Working Hours
This is a full time position ( subject to passing a probationary period of 6 months).
Hours of work - weekdays 8:15am start, 4:45pm finish (with a 4pm finish on a Friday)
